300g Stew Beef
1 Large Onion, rough slices
2 Carrots, rough slice
2-3 Russet Potatoes, cubed
7oz Tomato Sauce
1 Cup Beef Stock
Salt
Pepper
Preheat oven to 300 Degrees Farenheight
Cut up Onion, Carrots, Potatoes, and place in casserole dish
Pour in Tomato Sauce
Pour in Beef Stock
Put in Stew Beef
Add Salt and Pepper to taste
Mix together
Cover with lid and place in oven on middle rack
Cood for approximately 3 1/2 hours
